Vixen
This sweater was made in-the-round from top-down. The circular yoke was shaped by 4 rounds of increasing on the upper half of the yoke. Stitches were further increased to make up the arms and body right before the underarms. The underarms were then cast-on & the body was crocheted down to desired length. The garment was finished with crab stitch. I chose no ease to about 1” of negative ease for the yoke & about 2” of negative ease for the body for a fitted look.
This written pattern assumes that you know the basics of crocheting. It is a condensed pattern for you to modify according to your measurements & design preferences, using your gauge.
Difficulty Level: Intermediate.
Sample size XS shown to fit 32” chests, 26” waists, & 36” hips.
The finished object in size XS weighed about 244 g. One skein of Color 1 (see below) & one skein of Color 2 were used to make size XS. Please estimate how much yarn is needed for your size accordingly. When in doubt, always get an extra skein.
