Voodoo Cat amigurumi was designed by me for IG birthday party, therefore over 30 Voodoo Cats have already been crocheted, they can be viewed in IG by the hashtag #catgoeskarmaforade

This pattern may be considered 100% no-sew minus embroidery. At first we go from bottom to top and make the body with legs, tail and arms. Then we crochet the ears, connect them and proceed with the head going from top to bottom. Body and head may be crocheted or sewn together. Also the Voodoo Cat is rather flat because all the stitch counting for the main details is oval.

The size of amigurumi, if you are using fine/sport weight yarn and 2-2.5mm hook, should be around: 9.5 cm (height) x 6 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (depth)

The minimum colors you will need for the cat’s body is: orange, off-white and peach/pink, but this amigurumi looks even better with every body part of its own color, as if the cat was patchwork.

Also make sure you have a cute button around for the Voodoo Cat’s eye.

Voodoo Cat can be a great decoration or gift for Halloween.
