I created this for a really plump 2 ply fingering weight yarn I had on hand. I used US 7 needles (which is what the emPower People pattern calls for I believe.) I’ve done no maths or gauges - simply made the chart. Please adjust as necessary (where to start the chart, where in the row to begin the text, etc.) for your yarn/needle/gauge.

The chart itself is 67 stitches wide (no border, just the actual letters) - and so you want a few stitches on either side so it doesn’t run off the edges. I would suggest working the chart when you have 73/74 stitches on your needles. I was guessing when I made the sample… and had too much space after the “E”, which is why I added the period, which isn’t on the chart.
