The mittens are knitted in three colors, one main color (C1) and two pattern colors (C2 and C3).
Yarn suggestion for women’s mittens: Fingering wool yarn, e.g Finull from Rauma Garn (175 m/50 grams). You will need approx. 50 grams in C1 and 30 grams in C2/C3.
Yarn suggestions for men’s mittens: DK wool yarn, e.g. 3-ply Strikkegarn from Rauma Garn (108m/50 grams). You will need approx. 60 grams in C1 and 40 grams in C2/C3. Feel free to use more colors. If you have a looser gauge than specified in this pattern, you will need more yarn.

Gauge: 30 sts x 33 rounds/27 sts x 30 rounds measures 10 x 10 cm in Stranded Knitting.

Stitch count: Cuff: 48 stitches. Mittens above the thumb opening: 60 stitches.

Finished measurements:
Cuff length: 5 cm/5,5 cm
Length from cuff to top: 19 cm/21 cm
Circumference: 20 cm/22 cm
Length from thumb to top: 14 cm/15,5 cm
Thumb: 6,5 cm/7,5 cm
