The Voyager Cowl is inspired by great Aran knits of the past. It is an excellent project for learning how to work cables. The button placement means the finished garment can fit a variety of neck sizes. The classic style can be worn by men and women alike.

You will need 2 straight needles, a cable needle, 2 shank buttons, needle and thread for finishing. It is a great 1 skein project.

I worked the pattern in Rowan Magpie Aran, but it could be easily worked in other Aran or Worsted Weight Yarns such as Cascade 220.
