Vuosaari Sock are worked from toe up using Finnsheep wool on sport weight yarn. The instep of the foot as well as the front and back of the leg have beautiful cables running through the sock. These socks are a classic, rustic and cozy pair to wear on a chilly Autumn day whether you are lounging at home or hiking at mountains.

There are three sizes in the pattern.
Size 1 for foot circumfrence Ø 18 cm / 7”
Size (2) for foot circumfrence Ø 20 cm / 8”
Size 3 for foot circumfrence Ø 22 cm / 8.75”

Yarn:
1 skein of Kettu Yarns Kotiwool Sock (85% Finnsheep wool, 15% nylon; 350 meters / 383 yards per 100 g) or 250–300 m / 273 to 328 yrds of sport weight sock yarn

Gauge:
10 cm x 10 cm / 4” x 4” = 22 sts x 30 rows in Stockinette Stitch in a round after blocking

Needles:
3 mm / US 2.5 circular needles (Ø 80 cm / 32”) for Magic Loop
3 mm cable needle
