Wabi Sabi – Japanese – refers to the thought or world view of finding beauty in nature’s imperfections.
Intro The motifs in these mittens and hat represent nature—leaves growing in Spring and water rippling; two everyday occurrence that are full of beauty. They are meant to remind you to look for the good even when it’s hard to see. Both the hat and mittens are worked in tapestry crochet using waistcoat stitch, which gives them a knitted look.
