I love wearing mitts, especially for driving, but also outdoors when winter is mild (most of the times here). My husband never saw the point of them, he only ever wore leather gloves when it was really cold. So when he one day asked for a pair, I sat down and designed a pair of unisex mitts for him to wear straight away.

But they fit us both. :-)

Size: one size (to fit hand circumference of about 20 cm / 8’’) - worked in worsted weight on 3.5 mm (US 4) needles
(for larger size use 4 mm (US 6) needles and aran weight)

Final measurements: 18 cm / 7 ‘’circumference
19 cm / 7.5 ‘’ length
7 cm / 2.75’’ thumb circumference

Other Notions: two stitch markers, stitch holder or a piece of scrap yarn, darning needle for weaving in loose ends

Techniques: knit, purl, increases, working small circumference in the round

Moc ráda nosím bezprstové rukavice, obzvlášť při řízení auta, ale i venku při mírné zimě (velká část zimy u nás). Můj manžel nikdy nechápal k čemu jsou dobré, vždy buď nenosil nic nebo klasické kožené rukavice při velkých mrazech, nic mezi tím. Takže když mě o bezprstové rukavice požádal, hned jsem pro něj jedny vymyslela a nahodila.

Velikost: jedna velikost (obvod dlaně cca. 20 cm)
