This crochet rug is made up of long stripes joined using the waffle stitch. You can create your stripes then sew or join as you go as I did. The backing includes and easily applied silicone dots to make this rug non-slip, perfect to sink your feet into.

Working the self striping yarn in offsetting stripes creates and easy way to color block. You can opt to plan out your color design or just let it stripe naturally. I have some notes for you through out to assist you in creating your own design.
