This slightly crescent shaped top-down triangular shawl is made from soft and light merino yarn with lots of Stockinette and some garter with little drop stitch details. You will work with only one color in a row.

Tämä loivasti puolikuun muotoiseksi kaartuva huivi on tehty pehmeästä, höyhenenkevyestä, merinovillasta. Siinä on paljon sileää neuletta, ainaoikein vaakaraitoja sekä silmukoita pudottamalla aikaansaatuja pystyraitoja. Neuloessasi käytät vain yhtä väriä yhdellä kerroksella.

NOTE! The sample was knitted with exactly the amount of yarn given in the “materials”. If you have different gauge the yarn may run out. So prepare with enough yarn.

By adjusting needle size and with different yarn you will get different size alterations.

Gauge:
24 sts/33 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette st.
The exact gauge is not important in this pattern, however different gauge will affect to your yardage. With different yarn and needles you can modify a bit the size of the shawl.

Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (100 % Merino Wool, 100g/420yds/384m). The sample was knitted with colors well water (MC) and tart (CC). You need approx.: 1 skein MC and 0.5 CC skein (tart).
