this is a fun, fast, and nearly mindless knit with very little purling involved. perfect for that one skein of fingering weight that you just couldn’t live without but had no real plans for (don’t we all have one or two of those??) and excellent for working on during knit-night or in the car.

i designed Wager for Monarch Knitting in Pacific Grove, CA, and with Madelinetosh merino light in mind, but it would be absolutely lovely in many, many other fingering weight yarns.
