Waistcoat Stitch Mini Bag

This teeny bag (2.5”x3.25”) with a stretchy handle is perfect for tiny treasures, id cards, or lighters. It uses small scraps of yarn in a lovely colorwork fade.
The pattern is written for fingering weight yarn and a 2.75mm hook. If you are new to split single crochet, you might want to try a larger yarn/hook to practice (you’ll get a larger bag). Remember to keep your stitches loose!
Calls for 4 colors of yarn scraps.
Note: This is my first pattern and it has not been tested by anyone other than me. The PDF may contain mistakes. If you find something difficult to follow, please leave a comment so I can fix it!
