WAITING FOR SPRING is worked in the round from the crown down. It is made up of 5 panels of colorwork patterning. The top of the hat begins with a deep brown then changes from a light green to a deep green symboliz- ing the melting away of winter white to reveal the emerging green of spring. This is my first hat pattern. I hope you enjoy knitting this colorwork piece as much as I enjoyed designing it. My pattern is written a little differently from others that I have seen, I am hoping the arrows on the graph help you to understand how to knit the hat and read the chart. Feel free to email me with questions: joy@craftingwithjoy.com. Please post your finished projects on social media and tag me so that I can see what you made! Knit with Joy!
