The pattern is for a Spring Hat for 2-5-year-old girls. If you wish to make it larger, there are instructions in the pattern how to achieve it.

I used sport weight cotton yarn, 6 colors altogether.
Catania, Gilice, or Alize Bahar and Bella yould be a perfect choice.

You need a 3.5 mm crochet hook to make the hat, and I used a 3 mm hook for the flower, but the 3.5 mm (size E) hook is perfect for the flower as well.

The whole hat took 43 grams of yarn, one skein is enough if you wish to use only one color. Also, if you have leftover yarn, it would be the perfect project to use it up.
