This is a simple cuff down stocking pattern with short-row heel and adding the i-cord hanging loop after knitting the stocking. Using a gradient yarn will give you a gorgeous looking stocking without any of the work of switching colors but you can always make it knitter’s choice and add as many or few colors as desired.
I used two different sized needles and recommend the smaller needle for a tighter fabric or lining with a fun fabric for years of Christmas day magic.
