The finished Red Whitch with hat is approximately 16 inches (40 cm) tall.
Another whitches knitted with different thickness of yarn and needles by the same pattern. So dolls sizes are diferent. You can use any weight of yarn and suitable needles size for it.

The toys are knitted round and that is why the pattern is recommended for Advanced Beginner Knitters.

Abbreviations
K = knit
P = purl
Sts = stitches
Kfb = knit into front and back of stitch
Pfb = purl into front and back of stitch
K2tog = knit 2 together
P2tog = purl 2 together
K3tog = knit 3 together
CO = cast on
RND = round
St st = stockinette stitch /Odd-numbered rows – knit. Even-numbered rows – purl/
Sl = slip
edge st = edge stitch ( Slip the first stitch and purl the last )
C2F= Cable 2 forward: put next 2 stitches on cable needle at front of work, knit 2, knit the 2 from the cable needle.
C3F= Cable 3 forward: put next 3 stitches on cable needle at front of work, knit 3, knit the 3 from the cable needle.
C4F= Cable 4 forward: put next 4 stitches on cable needle at front of work, knit 4, knit the 4 from the cable needle.
C5F = Cable 5 forward: put next 5 stitches on cable needle at front of work, knit 5, knit the 5 from the cable needle.

• 4 double-pointed needles size US 6 (4 mm).
• White, green and red colored yarns for doll. I used Katia Peru ( 40% Wool, 40% Acrylic, 20% Alpaca; 100gr (3.5 oz) = 106m (115 yds) ). /Yarn weight - Chunky /
