Walk in the Woods
This bias-knit triangular shawl is combining the interplay of two colours with a bold & graphic mosaic stitch pattern, which creates an eyecatching effect.
It is an easy & fun knit that will give you a large and cosy shawl to keep you warm.
The mosaic motif is an easy to knit stitch pattern that is using slipped stitches and only one colour per row but creates a fascinating result.
The pattern contains fully written out as well as charted instructions.
YARN:
Designed for worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colours A+B. Allow approx. 440yds/380m of col. A and 220yds/190m of col. B to get the size of the sample.

SIZE:
length along top edge: approx. 223cm/87.8“
depth: approx. 60cm/23.5“

GAUGE & NEEDLES:
Gauge is not critical for this project but differences will affect yardage requirements and the finished size.
For my sample I worked with two different needle sizes: 4,5 & 5,5 mm / US 7 & 9
Gauge on sample: 15sts x 30rows = 10x10cm/4x4“ in garter stitch on smaller needle after blocking.
I hope you’ll enjoy the pattern!
