This pattern is meant to be a fairly quick make for a sweater, and super easy if you’re familiar with the terms.

The gauge of the sweater is met by using a lightweight (or light medium weight) yarn, paired with a lace, and a 6mm hook, and a 4mm hook for ribbing with no lace. The gauge for Aran is 12cm/5” following the swatch pattern for the DK weight, and uses a 7mm hook combined with a lace, and a 5mm for ribbing without lace.

The set sizes in the pattern are XXS/XS/S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL/4XL/5XL (XXS only being DK, and 5XL only being Aran).
Throughout the pattern, there are tips on how to customise the size if you want to make the length or sleeves longer, or a wider neckline.

You can really make this Sweater your own! (see some beautiful examples of the tester’s Sweaters in the photos!)

I had a lot of fun designing this Sweater, and pretty happy with how it turned out! Hope you enjoy it too :)

Also, I’d like to add, one regular Megaball is enough to make up to a size 2XL! So if you have a light weight Megaball lying around, all you need is a lace, and you can make yourself one of these sweaters in a long weekend!
For Aran, you would need about 2 Megabal Aran’s up to a size 3XL.

Thank you for looking! :)
