Wall of Climbing Vines Blanket
The Wall of Climbing Vines blanket is a repeating pattern of vines and leaves, surrounded by a double border. It includes some stitches which may be new to loop yarn knitters, but nothing overly complicated - the average knitter should be able to complete this blanket fairly quickly!
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.
SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 6 balls of Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn (6.4oz, 180g) (Image shown is the colour ‘Dark Gray’).
SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 44” by 48” (111.5 cm by 122 cm).
PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.
Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, Red Heart Loop-It, and Bernat Alize Puffy (European) yarns can all be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is (approximately 2-4, depending on the yarn used).
