Digital Knitting Pattern for my Wedding Walrus!

• Knit your walrus in two sizes
• This pattern is dedicated to Mr. SL as we’ve finally tied the knot!
• This project uses loop stitch and horizontal pleats - tutorials are included for both
• Intermediate knit, aimed at confident knitters
• Knitted using straight needles, there’s no working in the round
• The digital pattern is written English, with a photo tutorial for sewing up

MEDIUM WALRUS MATERIALS:

YARN: Scheepjes Stone Washed XL - Aran
M - Main colour x 5 balls
C - Contrast colour - Cream x 16g
B - A small amount of black chunky yarn
5mm (US 8) knitting needles
250g toy stuffing
Darning needle
2 x 20mm toy eyes and washers. If making for a child always embroider the eyes using black yarn instead.

FINISHED SIZE: 60cm x 38cm x 26cm (24in x 15in x 10 1/2in)

MINI WALRUS MATERIALS:

YARN: Scheepjes Stone Washed - Sport
M - Main colour x 3 balls
C - Contrast colour - Cream x 10g
B - A small amount of black DK yarn
3.5mm (US 4) knitting needles
150g toy stuffing
Darning needle
2 x 12mm toy eyes and washers. If making for a child always embroider the eyes using black yarn instead.

FINISHED SIZE: 40cm x 24cm x 16cm (16in x 9 1/2in x 6 1/2in)

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate. This pattern is aimed at knitters who know how to knit, purl, increase and decrease. A photo tutorial has been included for loop stitch, horizontal pleats and for sewing up.
