“Not all those who wander are lost”, a line from the poem All that is Gold does not Glitter has slowly and at times reluctantly become my motto. I’m a wanderer, an adventure seeker, a (dare I say it) free spirit.
In the past five years, I’ve gone from never traveling outside the states to have visited 11 countries and counting. This reversible hat was inspired from the colors of the yarn. I see an endless blue sea of opportunity calling for me to throw off the bowlines of life. Explore. Dream. Discover.
The photo was from a weekend spent in Koh Phangan, Thailand and the yarn “Meet me in Tahiti” looks like the water there. I created a simple, unique 1x2 rib hat that is all about the hand dyed yarn. My favorite part of the hat is it’s reversibility when you fold the brim gives it creates the appearance of being a completely different pattern.
