This beginner’s scarf can be completed in a weekend. A quick project worked with super bulky yarn & large hook.

This toasty warm scarf will certainly keep anyone from freezing in the coldest of winters. The ribbing in the stitches gives it a beautifully textured modern look and the yarn that I used (Lion Brand Wool-Ease color way: Barley) produced a soft and very warm scarf … and not itchy on the skin at all.

Skill: Easy

Stitches: chain, half-double crochet, back loop stitch

Hook: 9.0mm
