This is a very easy washcloth to make. It simply uses knit and purl stitches in straight rows. Perfect for a beginner who may want to tackle something other then a scarf.

If your knitting is a bit tight, I suggest knitting with US size 3 knitting needles.

The gauge is not really important in this pattern, which is why I did not include it. If it looks good to you, then its the right gauge. How easy is that?
