For young children, sew felt circles in place of the button eyes. Rinse with clean water after using. Squeeze out water and allow them to dry completely. Discard puppet if it becomes worn or has loose parts. This product is intended to be used with adult supervision. Contains small parts and may not be suitable for unattended young children. Be sure all embellishments are securely attached before use.

As written, the pattern fits most children, with the elastic-cotton yards, they also fit most adult hands.

For Fixation and Espirit yarns, double strand and use size 9 needles. Also made with Butterfly Cotton (no elastic) cast on 4 additional stitches on size 6 needles.
