I love scented soaps and I am very frugal. I hated throwing away the last pieces of my favorite soaps. I wanted to have a washcloth which would hold my soaps and enable me to use them up. So I knitted a “hollow” washcloth for myself. Now I don’t waste soap.

It also makes a great gift with a bar of your favorite soap.

It is very easy, even the sewing up is simple. It would be perfect for a new knitter because it is basic and will make a nice, useful knitted project. I plan to have a class or knit along at the Neighborhood Knit Store.
