'Waspie'
This is a very simple pattern for a waspie style corset. The front centre panel is worked in moss stitch to add texture and firmness while the sides and back are worked in a 1x1 rib to make the finished item very close fitting. Strips of ‘boning’, made from a large plastic soft drink bottle, are used to stiffen the front of the belt and 5 buttons close the corset at the back.
This is a free pattern.
