A fun little set of mitts to accompany you on your holiday adventures! The Wassail Mitts feature some lovely twisted cables that can be worked with or without a cable needle, and an arched gusset for a great fit. With these on your yarns, you can wassail all over town, no matter the weather!

The blue sample mitts are a size medium and were worked in Sweet Fibre Yarns ’s Merino Twist DK in the Teal colourway.

• 3.75 mm (US 5) double point knitting needles

Gauge
1 X 1 ribbing: 32 sts and 32 rnds = 4 x 4” (10 x 10 cm) on 3.5 mm (US 4) knitting needles, lightly blocked.
Stockinette St: 24 sts and 34 rnds = 4 x 4” (10 x 10 cm) on 3.75 mm (US 5) knitting needles, lightly blocked.
