The Wassailing Stole is worked back and forth, with knitted-on fringe at each short end. Simple cables, a mix of knit-and-purl texture, and a few fun bobbles combine into a piece that is fun to knit without being fussy.

Yarn The Plucky Knitter Primo DK (75% superwash Merino, 20% cashmere, 5% nylon; 200 yd 183 m/3½ oz 100 g): Aunt Ivy, 6 skeins.

Needles Size 7 (4.5 mm): 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
