There are many patterns for eco-friendly, reusable water balloons and they are all wonderful.
I found that most of them were larger than most little hands could use without gripping hard enough to squeeze all the water out first.

I like that chenille yarns soak up massive amounts of water and can be easily cleaned in the washing machine when placed in a lingerie bag (which also makes a great storage bag!).

Good for the planet and the wildlife!
