Splash! We all love a good water balloon fight, but don’t like the cleaning up the broken balloons. The yarn version is easy to fill, safe for pets and wildlife and just a rinse and squeeze and the clean up is done. Happy Summer!

After seeing Megan Meyer’s crochet water balloons I was inspired to create a loom knit version.

Loom: 24-peg baby hat loom

Yarn: Bernat Blanket Stripes (1 skein made 13 balloons)
(I like the striped yarn because it allowed a variety of colors with a single skein, but any blanket yarn would work.)
