Watercress is a beautiful garter and lace stitch shawl in a crescent shape. The shawl is knit top-down, with increases on the sides and slight shaping in the center. Lace stitches and a twisted rib panel break up the garter sections. A cute hazel nut pattern adds to the texture. Can be knit in Fingering or DK weight yarn.

Blue Heron, Rayon Metallic, approx. 490 yards total.
Main Color: Rayon Metallic in Opal, 314 yards
Contrasting Color: Rayon Metallic in Silver, 177 yards
