toy, or perfectly safe arial projectile for any occasion

I used a 5 mm hook and worsted weight yarn, but any weight and corresponding hook size will suffice.

This is a no sew pattern, other than the french knots used to make the seeds. I highly suggest looking up a Youtube video for french knots and making sure youre comfortable with them before purchasing, if you wish to have seeds in your watermelon.

Extra materials required: Polyfill, dowel (for stuffing) , and skip rings if you intend to hang them.
