Materials you will need:

• Size 4 worsted weight yarn (15g of pink, small amount of white and green)
• 5mm crochet hook
• Black crochet/embroidery thread for seeds (yarn can also be used)
• 14 oz can (empty and label removed)
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch marker

Abbreviations: US terminology
MC- Magic circle
SC- Single crochet
SC INC- Single crochet increase
St(s)- Stitch(es)

Gauge:
7 rounds = 3 inches across

The gauge is not too strict in this pattern. You will want your base to be the same size as the bottom of the can you are using for your cover. This can easily be changed by adding or taking away from the increase rounds.
