This pattern will show you how to make a watermelon granny square pillow. It will totally dress up your patio or your indoor decor for the summer months.
You will make granny squares 4,5”x4,5”. Pattern is designed for a 18”x18” pillow (45 cm x 45 cm).
You can make smaller or bigger pillow but the squares are 4,5” x 4,5” so you have to make sure repeating this size of squares will cover your pillow.

Materials: I used the following yarns you can try with other Medium Size yarns.
Caron Simply Soft in Red (256 yard)
Caron Simply Soft in White (280 yard)
Caron Simply Soft in Dark Sage (138 yard)
For light green I used Loops and Threads baby delight in mint but Sage from Caron Simply Soft (84 yard) would work just as well, but I think any medium size yarn would work that you can crochet with a size 4 mm crochet hook.
Some black scrap yarn for the watermelon seeds
