• yarn weight: instructions included for both 8ply/DK weight yarn (using 4.5mm hook) AND 10ply/worsted weight yarn (using 5.5mm hook). Requires 90-150m/98-164yds yarn.

The pattern is written in English using UK crochet terminology. This pattern is rated as a medium difficulty because it requires skills such as working into the 3rd loop, and treble decrease stitches. But stitch tutorials with photos are provided for these, making it easily achievable for an experienced beginner. Some sewing is required to make the ‘twist’: this is quite easy, and step by step photos are provided.
