This is an intermediate level knitting pattern that uses lace knitting techniques, as well as knit and purl stitches, to complete the pattern.

Knit in the round on circular needles, the pattern works up quite quickly and looks amazing when you use a crisp bulky weight yarn to achieve excellent stitch definition, so you can really see the wave design! The crown of this hat is so pretty, you’re sure to wow from every angle! The sizing given is suitable for most adult sized heads.

Knit using approximately 120m / 131 yards of Bulky weight yarn, you can choose your favourite to knit this gorgeous design.

You’ll need 16” circular needles in 5mm (US size 8) and 6.5mm (US size 10.5), DPNs in the larger needle size, as well as stitch markers and a darning needle to complete this design.
