Wave socks are knitted toe up with the magic loop method or you can use double pointed needles. The wave pattern is made using the intarsia method. The socks are inspired by the Japanese artist Hokusai and are a miniature of my sweater with a wave.

Yarn: SilkyPaca DyeDye Done . It is a beautiful blend of super- soft alpaca and silk. Yardage: 200m/ 218 yd. You need MC (Smitten Kitten) - 250 m, CC (Instant Indigo) - 10m, 2CC (Snowbound) - 25 m

You can use different yarn but it must be fingering yarn. SilkyPaca is 3ply.

Needles: 2,5 mm ( US 1,5) circular needles for working magic loop method , or double pointed needles.
