Wavebird (English version)
Flying like a bird is something I wish I could do. The unique shape of Wavebird not only reminds me of bird wings but also helps to make it stay on the shoulders. The pattern has written out rows as well as charts.
Written from the top back neck down to the lace border. This is so graceful and lovely, and uses the delicate lace pattern in sparing and wonderful contrast to the garter stitch body of the piece; it would be both interesting and relaxing to make.
To make a bigger size it’s easy to add rows to the garter stitch body or add another lace pattern repeat.
