The Wavelength Throw Blanket Pattern an asymmetrical ‘squiggle’ design. This is a flexible pattern - you may opt for the design as-is or may customize it to a repeating squiggle motif if you prefer something more symmetrical (see the 3rd picture for an example).

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 5 balls of Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn (6.4 oz/180g (Image shown is the colour ‘Orange Leaf’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 42” x 50” (106.5 cm x 127 cm).

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different.

Lion Brand Off-The-Hook, Lion Brand Crayola Off-The-Hook, Red Heart Loop-It, and Alize Puffy yarns can all be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is.
