Whether you are drawn to flames or
waves, this small shawl will rest nicely on your shoulders to keep out the
drafts or wrap around your neck to keep you snug in the winter. Made with
Bewitched Pigments Spellbound, a light fingering weight merino and silk
blend single ply yarn, in either the Leo or Pisces colorway will determine
whether you are knitting flames or waves.

This pattern is very adaptable to make use of varying yardage and weights. It is intended as a single skein project using light fingering weight yarns, but my test knitters used a variety of yarns including leftover bits for a multi-colored shawl. As this is a shawl, gauge is less important than drape. If you like the flow of your knitted fabric then it is the right gauge for your yarn. Just be sure to follow the weighing instructions throughout the pattern.
