Wavescape
A gentle breeze makes the grasses dance in the wind as I walk over the dune. I love those fluffy tops of the hare’s tail grass. They remind me of beach hikes, shady pine forests and cheerful vacations. The sound of the waves soothes my mind. I’m surrounded by colors. Teal and green by day; orange and purple by sunset.
The Wavescape cowl is a reflection of this wavy and colorful scenery. Using four contrasting colorways, lace stitch patterns create a gently undulating stitch landscape. Curved edgings top it off in style. Let Wavescape guide you through the dunes and inspire you to create your very own wave symphony.
For best effect, use a round yarn with good stitch definition. Yarn weights ranging from fingering to DK would be suitable. As for colorways, I would recommend solid, semi-solid, speckled, or gradient (single skein or gradient set) yarns.
The Lace yarn is used as contrasting yarn and is held double.
