A beginner/intermediate knitting pattern for a cropped top with a wave pattern

This pattern is knitted flat from the bottom up, using a colour chart and intarsia to create the wave pattern and decreasing for the arm and neck holes.

Written for Sizes: XS, (S), M, (L), XL, (2XL), 3XL, To fit a bust circumference of 70-75, (80-85), 90-95, (100-105), 110-115, (120-125), 130-135 cm. The garment is knitted to fit the bust then drape straight down to fit loose around the waist.
NOTE: sizes 2XL and 3XL have not yet been tested. If you are interested in test knitting one of these sizes, please reach out to me! I will send you the pattern in exchange for test knitting and feedback.

Gauge (10x10cm or 4x4 inches; washed and blocked):
Stockinette: 22 stitches x 27 rows

Suggested Yarn: A cotton DK weight yarn

Any yarn that achieves gauge can be used.

150, (150), 200, (250), 250, (300), 350 g of cotton yarn (50g=95m)
