This is a slightly different style chevron blanket. I was looking to make a baby blanket and I found that I wasn’t too fond of the sharp angular chevrons that are common.

Thus, I pulled out my stitch dictionary and got to work. This more gently, wavy, chevron blanket was the result.

I decided to share my pattern here for free as a guide for other’s who are interested in something similar.

Any yarn at any gauge can be used. Simply adjust your hook size to compensate. However, if you use thinner yarn you should add pattern repeats for width, or you might end up with a rather skinny blanket.
