This pattern contains several pictures as a guide. Although I used Lion Brand’s Vanna’s Choice yarn for the hat in the pictures, most #4 worsted weight yarns would work as well.

This Wavy Slouchy is sure to be the perfect accessory for your fall and winter wardrobe. It is both stylish and functional… with a fun textured design. Recommended for Intermediate Crocheters. It has some terms that may not be familiar to beginners, such as foundation chain, and working stitches behind the previous stitch. But there are lots of videos online to help beginners… plus I am available for any questions you may have. Just send me a message.

Sizing is adjustable depending on the length of the hat band you choose, and by going up or down a hook size to get the right size for you. You can also turn this into a more fitted, beanie style hat if you wish… simply by leaving out a few of the repeat rounds.
