Named for the directional arrow shapes formed by the large scale chevron patterning, the Wayfinder lets you know where you’re going or where you want to be.

Choose two contrasting or complimenting colors and start with a provisional cast on. Using simple increases and decreases, you’ll blend and change colors. Your two colors now become three.

The Wayfinder Cowl has a defined shape with arrows in four segments. The fingering weight yarn is held double throughout and the color possibilities are endless from wild speckles to simplistic solids for a gradient perfection.

Each section begins with a few rows of garter ridges for a bit of interrupted texture.

The four stitch garter edge is bold and mirrors the wide spine in the middle. The spine also creates a natural place for the cowl to fold making it narrow without hiding any of the visual appeal.
