Webster the Duck
Webster the duck is a lovable, large crocheted duck who is sure to brighten your day! Webster has a diameter of approximately 10” when made as specified.
The pattern is written in English using US crochet terms and includes step by step photos along with the instructions. This pattern recommends a bulky weight yarn and a 5.00mm crochet hook, but gauge is not important and it can be made with a variety of yarns or hooks to get the exact look you want. (I made mine using under 2 skeins of Yarn Bee Tender Touch in Butter and less than 1 skein of Yarn Bee Tender Touch in Apricot.) While this pattern relies only on basic crochet stitches, it is recommended for intermediate level crocheters (those with a bit of experience) because it does utilize techniques such as the magic circle and working in the round.
In addition to yarn and a hook, you will also need fiberfill stuffing, 15mm safety eyes, and a tapestry needle. I recommend using a stitch marker to help you keep track of your place in the pattern.
