NOTIONS 4 yd of 32-gauge white cloth stem wire; wire cutters; thin satin headband; assorted feathers or floral stems; about 13” of millinery net and fine mesh tulle; rhinestone trimmings; brooch or bauble; coordinating sewing thread and needle; hot-glue gun and glue; green floral tape; yarn needle.
