Wee, Little Trees
These little trees are sweet and festive on a table or windowsill. They are quick and easy to knit and are a good use for any stash or scrap yarn. I think of them as simple evergreens standing against the grey backdrop of winter, but they can also be embellished and used as tiny, Christmas trees. Make one or make a whole forest!

NOTES
While getting exact gauge is not crucial for this project, and the trees can be knit in any weight yarn, please consider going down a needle size or two from what you would typically use for the yarn you choose for this project. The fabric should be firm enough for the trees to hold their shape and stand on their own.
Trees can be filled with stuffing and glued, using a fabric glue, to a felt base as shown in the photographs.
