Wee Weebee Toadstool Pin Cushion
Here is a big bottomed Wee Weebee Doll with a very helpful purpose in life! This adorable little guy gives you the best of both worlds - a toadstool for decor and a place to pop those pins and needles whilst you’re working! The perfect gift for the nature lover in your life - or just to make for yourself!
This 8 page pattern also includes two options for decorating the cap as well as advice on how to make this doll without the mushroom cap, so alternative versions can be made using the other Wee Weebee doll patterns such as the blooming dolls and frosty friends.
When I make my Wee Weebee pin cushion using Worsted/4/Aran/10ply weight yarn and a 3.5mm hook they stand at just under 5 inches tall. Made from the bottom to the top of the head in one go! Even the arms are crocheted on! Other yarn weights and hook sizes can of course be used to create a smaller or a larger dolls!
All of my other dolls and clothing patterns can be found here in my Ravelry store.
Due to the unexpected but wonderful popularity of my Weebee dolls and clothing patterns there is now a dedicated Facebook group with almost 13,000 members which you can find here.
The Weebee dolls are named after my youngest niece Phoebe - when she was first born my daughter and Phoebe’s older sister couldn’t say her name properly yet and she has been nicknamed ‘Weebee’ ever since.
This pattern has been tested by several wonderful members of my Facebook group (see above for link) to ensure that this pattern is error free and ready for sale! So if you find any errors whatsoever in this pattern please do not hesitate to contact me and I will amend as soon as possible.
I hope you have as much fun crocheting your very own Wee Weebee Pin Cushion as I did!
