About the design:

Weekend is a long, slightly oversize cardigan in brioche stitch and without button holes.
The model is worked from the bottom and up with raglan sleeves.
The sleeves are set low to the body, which gives the cardigan moderate batwing sleeves.
Brioche stitch is elastic and will loosen slightly compared to the given measurements. If you want the cardigan to be smaller and tighter, it is recommended to use a size 4.5 mm needle instead of the 5.0 mm needle suggested in the pattern, see the extra measurements below.
If you wish to make the body longer, add 1 extra ball of yarn for every 7 cm added length.

Finished measurements:

Size: One size on needles 5.0 mm (4.5 mm).
Width under sleeves: Approx. 114 (106) cm.
Length of body: Ca. 38 cm

Suggested yarn:

Lamauld from Camarose 100m/50g, approx. 14 (13) balls.

Suggested needle size:

Circular needles size 4.0 mm and 4.5 mm, 60 cm, and size 5.0 mm (4.5 mm) 100, 80 and 60 cm.

Gauge:

Brioche stitch on size 5.0 mm, 17 sts x 30 rows / (size 4.5 mm, 18.5 sts x 36 rows) = 10 x 10 cm
